My Qualifications

I am a certified inspector in good standing with the California Real Estate Inspectors Association (CREIA) and a certified mobile home inspector.

I have performed over 1100 property inspections on homes ranging from small 600 square foot condominimums to 6000 square foot, multi-level homes.  In addition, I have inspected multi-unit dwellings such as duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, and small six-unit appartments.

I have over 25 years of experience in residential construction and have been involved in all phases of the home building and remodeling process.  I have built and supervised the building of many new home tracts, as well as building custom homes as large as 15,000 square feet.  This experience along with all of the property inspections I have already completed make me uniquely qualified to evaluate residential property.
